Refund policy

Because all of our floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, perishable flowers and are made to order, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon pickup or delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at contact@serenitystemsatl.com.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging (if applicable), and any visible damage

Failure to report an issue within 24 hours may result in your request being denied.

We reserve the right to request additional information before determining an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Fresh floral arrangements
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Preserved floral arrangements
  • Gift items and add-ons
  • Orders that have already been picked up or successfully delivered
  • Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Products showing signs of misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds.

If Serenity Stems ATL determines, at its sole discretion, that compensation is appropriate due to an issue caused by us, compensation will be provided as store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.

Store credit:

  • Is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Must be used before its expiration date.

Issuing store credit is at the sole discretion of Serenity Stems ATL and does not constitute an obligation to provide compensation for every claim.
