Delivery Policy

At Serenity Stems ATL, we take great care to ensure your floral arrangements arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.

Delivery Area & Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery distance from our location. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions are accurate when placing your order. Serenity Stems ATL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Successful Delivery

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the bouquet transfers to the recipient and/or purchaser. Serenity Stems ATL is not liable for any damage, loss, theft, or deterioration of flowers after a successful delivery has been completed.

Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may, at their discretion and when deemed safe, leave the bouquet in a secure location at the delivery address or in the location specified by the customer (such as a front porch, reception desk, or with a concierge).

By requesting that an order be left unattended, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the order once it has been left as instructed. Serenity Stems ATL is not responsible for bouquets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or affected by weather after delivery.

If no safe location is available and the bouquet cannot be delivered, the order will require redelivery.

Redelivery

If an order cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, an inaccessible delivery location, incorrect delivery information, or any circumstance requiring a second delivery attempt, a redelivery fee will apply.

The redelivery fee will be equal to the original delivery charge paid for the order. Redelivery will not be scheduled until the applicable fee has been paid.

Delivery Timing

While we strive to deliver all orders within the requested delivery window, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
